Meet Jody Banks

Jody is a native Floridian, raised in Hillsborough County, and she's watched this area grow up around her. She knows the master planned communities and she knows the unincorporated county, where well and septic, flood zones, and acreage questions come up on almost every deal. She breaks the process into steps, doesn't mind explaining something twice, and pays attention to when a client is feeling overwhelmed instead of pushing ahead. Buying or selling a home is stressful, and she works at the client's pace, not the calendar's.
